More weather particle effects, Mac build fix and Unit selection fixes
User Interface
- ZoneInfo tooltip size is now adjusted based on contents
- Selected units/armies are now persisted and re-selected upon loading a game
- Added more fading in/out for UI elements.
Gameplay
- Settlements will now surrender to occupying forces when HP reaches 0 by siege attrition.
Graphics
- Particle effects simulation speed now varies with game speed and pause state
- Map-wide snow particles added during winters
- Flooding and rain particles added for zones affected by Floods
- Dust clouds particles added for zones affected by Droughts
- Lightning particles and rain added for zones affected by Storms
Map Editor
- Can now set unique unit portraits and name overrides for units
- Dropdown menus for Settlements when editing scriptable event triggers will now highlight the settlements
Technical
- Minor performance optimitizations in some UI panels.
- Updated install directory in Steam
Bug fixes
- Fixed so individual units in armies can be selected again
- Fixed issue where units would join armies incorrectly
- Fixed camera panning movement for scripted actions to be linear
- Fixed an issue where some entities would start moving randomly across the map
- Fixed issue where armies would dissovle too early, causing combat engagement issues.
- Fixed issue where custom maps would not have any victory conditions
- Mac build updated to not crash on start
Known Issues
- Crashes may occur on Mac OSX if instanced rendering is enabled, disable it in the Graphics settings if it occurs
- Particles are not working as intended on Mac OSX
